Our delivery services focus on implementation. This is where code is authored, graphics sourced, systems tested and users trained. It’s how we move from designs and prototypes to fully functional systems delivering real business benefits.
User Interface Build
This activity involves taking the disparate components and scripts that make up a web page and assembling them into a coherent user interface. We develop our user interfaces to industry standard guidelines and specifications, whilst maintaining an engaging user experience throughout.
Software Development + Integration
To create the delivery platform we will deploy packaged software, create any custom software and integrate with your own and/or 3rd-party systems. For many solutions this typically involves the deployment of a Content Management System to enable non-technical people to easily update and manage any content required by the solution.
Hosting, Infrastructure + Deployment
Whether you host your computer systems internally or externally, our full-service solution development will ensure that the infrastructure required for your solution is specified and we will provide hosting options to meet your business requirements. Once the infrastructure is in place, we will deploy the complete solution in preparation for final testing and launch.
Testing + Quality Assurance
All deliverables throughout our projects are monitored for quality and compliance to requirements. Once the complete solution is available, we recommend two major and consecutive testing cycles – Alpha and Beta tests. The Beta test is run “as live” will all associated business processes in place.
Organisational + Business Process Design
Once you have launched your website or interactive service you will need the tools and processes in order to maintain and operate it. We consider the identification and development of these processes as an integral part of your solution and will ensure that these are in place prior to the launch of your solution.
Migration + Rollout
We are able to plan the migration to your new service to ensure little or no disruption to existing users as well as a seamless experience. This typically involves migrating customer data, content and keeping your existing users informed. We ensure that this is planned from the start of the project – not an after-thought.
Training + Support
At some point you will take ownership of your service. It will be updated and enhanced by your staff. Our training & support will ensure you’re completely equipped to do this. We provide documentation and training for all our projects and where required can provide ongoing support for as long as you need. In some circumstances, we can provide a team to run your service in the short term until you become able to run it yourselves.
